The husband of The Real Housewives of New Jersey new girl, Amber Marchese, is caught up on Joe Giudice's legal mess; and it's not looking good.

Marchese's husband Jim's role on the prosecution team against Giudice is exposed in the upcoming season of the Bravo series.

Jim reveals to cameras, "I'm working with the prosecutor that is prosecuting Mr. Giudice...It's a very touchy situation."

It's not clear which case Jim works on as Giudice faces multiple trials including one with his wife, Teresa, after pleading guilty to fraud charges and is waiting for trial regarding a fake ID.

Jim doesn't seem to make matters any better with the awkward ordeal. In one scene he yells at someone, that appears to be Joe or Joe Gorga, to come confront him and hurls insults at insults him.

He sips a little too much alcohol because in the following scene a police officer escorts him out while another cast member calls him a "real jerk off."

Jim doesn't have too many fans with The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members.

Dina Manzo discloses to cameras, "Amber's husband Jim seems nuts."

Another cast member wants to cut Jim and Parchese out of their lives completely. She tells Manzo, "I don't need their issues a part of my family. I'm sweeping it all under the porch."

Despite being the new girl, Marchese doesn't have too many friends on the cast either. The fellow newcomers, twins Teresa Aprea and Nicole Mauriello make it clear every chance they get that they don't get along with Marchese. On top of that, veteran Manzo said, "The girl is a little cray" while Gorga added, "Amber seems to have a lot of mood swings."
