True Blood's final season is almost here and despite not being in the trailer, rumors about Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) are heating up. Fans already know that the vampire is supposed to have a sexy dream sequence with Jason (Ryan Kwanten), but could he also have another love interest?

Will Sookie And Bill Get Back Together For Season 7?

According to a casting sheet for the second episode of Season 7, the creators were looking for a woman named Sylvie to be a love interest for Eric. The woman is in her twenties, beautiful and French. The actress must speak French fluently and has a season arc as Eric's love interest. The role also requires full frontal nudity excluding genitalia. Fans got nervous seeing a lack of Eric in the previews, even though they knew all along he'd be back.

"The actor Alex Skarsgard and the character of Eric Northman will be back on the show next year. He'll be a series regular," executive producer Brian Buckner had said to TV Guide at the end of Season 6. "How we use him is going to be up to us, but we want people to rest assured that he will be back in their living rooms next year or wherever they watch."

Buckner had also previously talked about the highly anticipated Jason-Eric love scene. "I think you can reasonably expect it. With our show there is an appetite," Buckner even told Vulture last year. A new spoiler had said that True Blood is about to have the "most talked-about sex scene in TB history," prompting fans to think it may be between these two actors.

True Blood comes back June 22 on HBO.
