Some major truths have already been revealed in Port Charles, and others may finally come out and rock the town on General Hospital.

Nina Shows Her True Colors?

Nina (Michelle Stafford) has finally begun to put her big plan for revenge against Silas (Michael Easton) into action and is working hard to destroy her husband's life. She recently came out of a decades-long coma, and for her, the news of his one-time affair with Ava (Maura West) is still fresh -- meaning she wants revenge. Added to that, she has learned he began dating Sam (Kelly Monaco) -- and that also does not sit well with her.

She has already put her plan to keep Sam and Silas apart into action by destroying their date with a false moment of falling out of her wheelchair -- but she needs more ideas quickly, before Silas gets wise.

Nina Puts Her Plans For Silas Into Action

"Figure out something before he ruins everything," she says to her nurse in a preview clip for the Wednesday, June 25 episode.

However, her plans could hit a snag because Sam is now suspicious of her -- and is considering looking into her a little bit more to see if she is as genuine as she appeared to be when she first arrived in Port Charles to surprise Silas.

"You're saying that she fell on purpose?" her mother, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) asks her in the clip.

Meanwhile, Sonny's (Maurice Bernard) huge secret that he has been keeping from his adopted son Michael (Chad Duell) may finally be exposed after Michael seeks answers as to why Sonny not only slept with Ava and got her pregnant, but why he has started living with her as well.

Michael's inquiries could lead to Sonny finally telling his son the truth about who killed his biological father, A.J. -- him.

"You always cut right to the truth huh?" Sonny says to Michael in the clip.

If he does share the whole story with Michael though, he could wind up losing his other son, in addition to Morgan (Bryan Craig), who wanted nothing to do with him anymore after he realized he had slept with Ava.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
