Just days before the highly anticipated premiere of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Melissa Gorga is facing a little drama of her own.

She and her husband, Joe Gorga, have decided to take legal action toward the buyer of their mansion in Montville after several failed payments.

A rep for the family revealed the news to Us Weekly on Monday, saying the buyer has provided several bounced checks and has not made payment since signing on to buy the home in August 2013. They currently owe $20,000 plus rent for April, May and June 2014.

The rep said, "After repeated attempts to have purchaser honor his agreement, the Gorgas were left with no other choice, but to pursue legal action and filed a summons for eviction. The Gorgas have continued to carry and pay taxes for the Montville home while also building a new home in Franklin Lakes."

Melissa also said, "I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, but Ia m not going to continue to pay for a complete stranger to live in a multi-million dollar home."

Melissa also spilled secrets of the upcoming season on June 26 and revealed the new girls, "Fit in really well. It's fresh and different. But it's a bumpy road...There's a lot of things you won't expect to happen."

She revealed that she and Amber Marchese were friends long before Marchese signed on to join the word of reality television. The same goes for returning star, Dina Manzo, who Melissa said she connected with through nonprofit organization, Project Ladybug.

"I've always supported Project Ladybug - way before the Housewives existed...I used to go to her charity events. I knew her for awhile."

The Bravo reality star added that the husbands are going to step up their game this season too.While they usually let their wives be the stars, this time around they're getting in the spotlight a little more themselves. This includes a few new men who Melissa says will give viewers mixed reactions.

"There's some new guys coming in- some you're gonna love, and some you're gonna hate. You'll have to wait and see!"
