Even though she hasn't had the best year so far, it looks as though Bethenny Frankel might have won another battle against her soon-to-be ex-husband, Jason Hoppy. The former Real Housewives of New York star has allegedly won custody of the ex-couple's dog, Cookie, as she was spotted with her while out and about in New York City this week.

Is Bethenny Frankel's Legal Battle With Jason Hoppy Causing Her Millions?

Frankel, who is forced to share custody of her four-year-old daughter Bryn with her ex-husband after a recent ruling, apparently won full custody of her furry friend, who she says her ex allegedly neglected while under his care.

During their court battle, Frankel called Hoppy "brutal, horrendous and excruciating," and says that he even mistreated their dog.

"I found out that [my ex Jason Hoppy] locked Cookie in the storage unit in our apartment with her dog bed and bowl," Frankel alleged in court.

According to Frankel, Hoppy would also put the dog in a bag, hailed a cab, dropped the pup off at a dog hotel in New York City and "wouldn't tell me or my assistant where she was until after midnight."

Meanwhile, Frankel is slamming reports that she is negotiating a contract to replace Jenny McCarthy and Sherri Shepherd on The View. Rumors have circulated since last week that the ABC Network is looking to bring Frankel on full-time now that McCarthy, Shepherd, and Barbara Walters are all gone.

She wrote on her Twitter account, "Funny. I'm getting more attention for a talk show that I'm not on and haven't been offered than one that I'm actually on. #lessworkmolove."

Frankel's own daytime talk show, Bethenny, was axed after just one season earlier this year.
