He spent decades talking about how he had no intention of marrying, but George Clooney seems eager to tie the knot with lawyer fiancée Amal Alamuddin-and his reasons could have to do with her potentially carrying his baby.

George Clooney Granted Extra Security At Lake Como Villa Ahead Of Wedding?

A new report in OK! Magazine on July 2 claims that the actor had other motives--besides scouting wedding locations-for flying his parents, Nick and Nina, and Alamuddin's mother, Baria, out to Lake Como Estate in late June, and his reasons involved breaking the news that they were all going to become grandparents.

"Aside from his desire for Amal's mother to meet his parents before the wedding, George is the type of guy who would insist that they reveal their pregnancy to their parents in person," a source told the magazine. "So the fact that he flew everyone to his place set off whispers that Amal is expecting."

Brad Pitt Serving As George Clooney's Best Man?

Sources also said that friends noticed Alamuddin sporting a small bump during a recent wedding-dress fitting.

"Amal had a little bump around her stomach, which showed through her dress," the source said. "and when a friend asked her about it, she blushed-but refused to answer."

Her keeping quiet reportedly "spoke volumes" about the fact that she and Clooney are reportedly trying to keep the secret under wraps by directing attention to their lavish wedding instead.

The reported $2 million affair will likely feature a cream and gold color scheme with bold red roses, and the celebrity guest list will include one of Clooney's closest friends and reported best man, Brad Pitt, and his fiancée Angelina Jolie.

It is also likely to take place at Clooney's Lake Como estate, which has had special security measures put into place to prevent crashers and paparazzi from getting too close.
