Joan Rivers is out of control when it comes to dissing celebrities and public figures.

After coming for Kim Kardashian, Kristen Stewart and several other A-list celebrities, Rivers has taken her criticism to another level and dissed President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama this weekend.

After officiating an impromptu same-sex marriage in New York while at a book signing for her new memoir, Diary of a Mad Diva, Rivers was asked if she thinks the United States will ever see a homosexual Chief-of-Staff.

The outspoken Rivers who is never short of a controversial one-liner replied, "We already have it with Obama. Let's just calm down."

She took her insults up a notch when she added, "You know Michelle is a tranny...A transgender. We all know it. It's ok."

Rivers was on it when it came to being a mad diva this weekend. She also stormed off a CNN set while speaking about her new book with Fredricka Whitfield. The anchor highlighted Rivers' "very mean" hosting style for E!'s Fashion Police. Apparently Rivers didn't appreciate that.

Rivers replied, "It's not mean, it's not mean, it's not mean. I tell the truth. I'm sure I say the same things that all your viewers say to their friends sitting next to them on the couch. We're one of the few shows that says 'that's an ugly dress.'...These ladies make $28 million a picture. You really think that Nicki Minaj cares I didn't like her dress?"

That didn't stop Whitfield from speaking on Rivers' delivery. Rivers ultimately got offended and told Whitfield to 'Shut up' and yelled out a few other choice words before storming off.
