Now that Kyle Richards has signed on for Season 5 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the Bravo star is buying her self a new home.

Richards, along with husband Mauricio Umansky, have just purchased a $2.35 million vacation home outside of Los Angeles in La Quinta.

According to Forbes, Richards and Umansky are on the ninth fairway of a Pete Dye-designed golf course. Their house also features a "beautiful stone patio area and swimming pool with views of palm trees and mountains."

The vacation home also is 6,000 square feet and has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a gym.

Umansky owns The Agency, which is a high-end real estate firm in Los Angeles. Richards, along with her role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, also owns a clothing store in Beverly Hills.

Richards just confirmed that she would be back for Season 5 of the hit show. "Yes, [we'll] be back," Richards told In Touch Weekly in late June. "I'm ready to go back."

"I feel good," Richards continued. "I'm looking forward to a new season. I think it's going to be a really good season and I'm excited. I'm curious, like the viewer, to see things unfold and see what the relationships are like."

With all the housewives coming back including Richards, her sister Kim, Lisa Vanderpump, Yolanda Foster and Brandi Glanville and rumored housewife Lisa Rinna, viewers are in for some drama when the show is expected to return in the fall.
