After all the internal leaks the BBC series has experienced over the last two weeks, Moffat better keep that script under lock and key.

Since early July, an unnamed source has uploaded the first five scripts and the rough cuts of the first two episodes of season 8 to the Internet. As the leaked materials make the rounds from pirate sites to fan message boards, the iconic sci-fi series has asked fans to keep any spoilers to themselves.

"We would like to make a plea to anyone who might have any of this material and spoilers associated with it not to share it with a wider audience so that everyone can enjoy the show as it should be seen when it launches," a spokesperson told the Radio Times on Saturday. "We know only too well that Doctor Who fans are the best in the world and we thank them for their help with this and their continued loyalty."
