Brett Dalton (Ward) and Ming-Na Wen (Agent May) dropped by the Marvel set on Friday to kick off their preparations for season 2.

"Back on #AgentsofSHIELD stage! Gr8 seeing hot [Brett Dalton]! We're ready to battle it out! #mayward #hailhydra," Wen tweeted with a photo, referencing Ward and May's finale fight.

The ABC series will officialy start production next week, according to Zap2It, and Director Coulson's (Clark Gregg) team will have a lot of questions to answer following a quick time jump.

Is Coulson going crazy? How injured is Fitz (see video below)? Who is Skye (Chloe Bennet) really, and who/what are her parents? Will Ward ever be redeemed?

Luckily for viewers, series creators Maurissa Tancharoen and Jed Whedon are dying to see these questions answered as well.

"I do think we have a lot of crazy stuff in store for Season 2," Tancharoen said, according to BuzzFeed. "The questions that we leave you with in the finale, we want to answer them as much as you want them answered."
