A new report dug up an interview that Arnold Schwarzenegger gave earlier this year in which he spoke about his character in Terminator: Genesis and also about how they were working no picking the wardrobe for the movie, which related to recent images that have surfaced of the cast adorning leather jackets.

Terminator: Genesis To Be Presented At Comic-Con This Month?

Schwarzenegger spoke at a UK press conference for his most recent release, Sabotage. At the conference he spoke about how they were conducting wardrobe tests for the fifth instalment in the action-thriller franchise.

"I don't have it in my contract to go down to New Orleans... Next week... to practice, to rehearse,... to do camera tests for the wardrobe you need to test it for the screen," he said. "There's nothing in my contract for that but of course I want to go. You want to go because you want to have the director, you know Alan Taylor who is a fantastic director; I want him to have the ability to make the right choices and the only way to make the right choices is if he sees on film what the clothes look like, what does this leather jacket look like, what do these combat pants look like, what boots look like, what does his shirt look like, how does he look in his T-Shirt, how does he look with this hair cut, all of this."

Cyclops Star To Play Young John Connor In Terminator: Genesis

Then the actor also spoke about how psyched he was about the fact that they considered to bring him back for this one, even though none of the other cast members from the previous films were asked to join the project.

"They bought rights for the future Terminator movies and they came to me," he said. "I felt very honored because everyone else was replaced in the movie, I felt very honored that they got me back in the movie, I love that character, you know playing a machine."

Terminator: Genesis also stars Jai Courtney, who will be playing Kyle Reese, and Emilia Clarke, who will play Sarah Connor. Sandrine Holt (House of Cards) will be playing Detective Cheung, who will "arrest Kyle and Sarah when they arrive in 2017."

It was also recently confirmed that Miles Dyson would be returning in Terminator: Genesis. It was also revealed that Courtney B. Vance (Law & Order: Criminal IntentThe Hunt for Red October) will be playing Dyson in this chapter of the sci-fi franchise. Dyson was orginally portrayed by Joe Morton in Terminator 2: Judgment Day..

Terminator 5 is scheduled to release in July 2015.
