Marvel has yet to announce anything official concerning a Black Panther movie, even with the hints so far throughout the Cinematic Universe, but that hasn't stopped fans from pushing them to decide on something sooner by making their own content.

Will Chadwick Boseman Be Cast in 'The Black Panther' Movie?

A short film surfaced late last week titled Storms of Carnage: The Black Panther Unleashed and features T'Challa, the long-time Avengers member and king of the fictional African country of Wakanda.

Wester Joseph, Jeff Moise, Kieran McGrail, Staceton Carter and D Al'Deighmian Jackson star in the short, which was written and directed by DA Jackson.

Is 'Star Wars' Actor John Boyega Playing Marvel's 'Black Panther?'

Jackson spoke to Digital Spy about the film, published on Friday, and said it was made on "only about $50 and a bag of trail mix."

"We set out to make the best fan film we could imagine," he added. "Storms of Carnage was the result. We hope you have as much fun watching it as we had making it."

Outside of the fan-made trailers, movie stars John Boyega of the upcoming Star Wars: Episode VII and Chadwick Boseman of Get On Up are two names directly linked with playing the lead role in Black Panther.

Boyega is currently hard at work with Star Wars and Disney is most likely considering him since they have him in house and his star bubble could explode after the first film in the new trilogy. While the actor is currently working on Abrams' film, director Rian Johnson has already been named the director for the next film and work is underway getting it ready as well.

Black Panther news could be coming soon with Boseman and Boyega in the news, Marvel may capitalize and announce the new movie soon.
