Quinn (Rena Sofer) has once again succeeded in one of her schemes to keep Hope (Kim Matula) and Liam (Scott Clifton) apart-and this time her role in their fate may not be exposed on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Except for her son, Wyatt (Darin Brooks), everyone still thinks she is away at an institute somewhere, getting treatment for her mental issues following her attempt on Liam's life-but she's really in Paris as well, and kept Liam from getting to Hope on time by pushing Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) into the waters of the Seine. Now, after watching from a safe distance away, she knows Liam has arrived at the appointed spot-but only after Hope gave up on waiting for him.

"Oh d-n I'm good," Quinn mutters to herself in a preview clip for the Tuesday, August 12 episode.

Wyatt Tells Hope Liam 'Isn't Coming ' To Paris

Now, a crushed Hope is heartbroken over her belief that she has now lost Liam forever, as the two had been fighting before she left for the city to do the newest photo shoot. And while he is partly motivated by his competitive side that makes him want to win Hope over his brother, Wyatt will also feel motivated by his genuine love for his ex-girlfriend-and try to comfort her as well as make himself seem like the better match for her.

"You can't count on him Hope," he says to her. "Liam just doesn't come through for you."

Now, in an effort to try and cheer her up, Wyatt will propose yet another romantic trip to Hope-and in the process, he could succeed in whisking her away from Liam once and for all.
