Bachelor in Paradise lost another cast member last night. The ABC reality show got more dramatic when it was revealed a cast member was involved with a member of the production staff and one had a girlfriend back home.

Michelle K had initially surprised people when she said she wasn't interested in anyone in the house, but that's because she had apparently found love somewhere else. Host Chris Harrison decided to explain why she had left before the first rose ceremony.

Michelle K had actually begun a flirtation with Bachelor in Paradise crew member Ryan Putz before filming had begun on the show. Michelle K refused to discuss the relationship with Harrison, but did reportedly confirm it to another show producer. When Putz visited Michelle K in her hotel room, he broke both his legs by leaping off the balcony when they heard a knock at the door.

Putz later said (in the hospital) that he made a mistake. Ben shocked the house when a letter fell out of his bag from a woman back home. The woman used the word "love" in it.

Ben confirmed to Marcus that he only met her three weeks before coming on to Bachelor in Paradise, but that his feelings were "real" for her. Ben later left the show and said he was "done with Hollywood." Michelle Money cried saying Ben took a spot from someone she could have found love with for real. Scott tweeted yesterday, "My letter was like something out of a Disney movie.. It sprouted wings and jumped into his hands #RealityTV"

Bachelor in Paradise airs on ABC Monday's at 8 p.m. ET.
