Movie star couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are starting to gain some more split rumors now that one of them was reportedly spotted looking for a new place to live.

On Tuesday, Daily Mail posted photos of Garner as she went house hunting in Beverly Hills. She was apparently visiting some of the "For Sale" properties in the neighborhood, which could spark reports that she's finding a place for herself.

Affleck is filming Batman vs. Superman at the moment, and despite any rumors, odds are likely that any new home that Garner comes across will be making room for her husband and their three children. She recently dished to the British edition of Hello! Magazine of what her life as a working mom consists of, which is busy yet still like doing anything else.

"I always think I'm the chief executive officer of our household," Garner said, published on Belfast Telegraph. "There's nothing like brain surgery about it- it's all logistics and schedules and remembering to pack lunches and who has a karate lesson after school and thinking about what food we already have in the refrigerator and what I need to buy more of to cook dinner."

The actress then revealed how she and her husband divide their jobs when it comes to their home life.

"I was writing cheques this morning to various people who have done things around the house and I started to laugh because I suddenly thought: 'You know, I bet Ben doesn't even know this person's last name, let alone how much we pay them,'" Garner said.
