The pro dancers who will be competing with celebrities on the upcoming 19th season of ABC's Dancing With the Stars have been revealed, with many returnees but also many newbies.

Longtime pros Val Chmerkovskiy, Cheryl Burke, Tony Dovolani and Karina Smirnoff appeared on ABC's Good Morning America Wednesday morning where they revealed that all of them would be returning for Season 19 in the fall. Additionally, they revealed the eight dancers who would be joining them as competitors.

Among returning dancers this season are Derek Hough, Mark Ballas, Peta Murgatroyd, Emma Slater and Witney Carson. Hough, Ballas and Murgatroyd have been with the show for several years while Slater and Carson joined just recently.

Derek Hough Reveals Why He Initially Said 'No' To Dancing With the Stars

The new dancers set to compete this year are Artem Chigvintsev, Allison Holker and Keoikantse Motsepe.

Chigvintsev joined as a member of the dance troupe in Season 18 this spring but is now being promoted to competing dancer.

Holker is an alum of Fox's So You Think You Can Dance, having competed in Season 2, Season 7 and Season 10 of the dance competition.

Motsepe is the first black pro dancer to compete on Dancing With the Stars. He performed on South African Idol and has danced on the Burn the Floor tour.

Among those not returning to compete from last year include Maks Chmerkovskiy, who already announced this summer that he was leaving the show, and newer pros Sharna Burgess and Henry Byalikov. Burgess' exclusion might be considered a shock due to her high placing in Season 18; she placed fifth with Olympic ice dancer Charlie White.

The celebrities who will be partnered with these dancers will be announced officially on Good Morning America on Sept. 4.

Dancing With the Stars Season 19 begins Monday, Sept. 15 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
