The 2014 MTV Video Music Awards had a lot of memorable moments, including Ariana Grande winning Best Pop Video, Taylor Swift's latest hit, Nicki Minaj and Beyonce's daughter.

MTV VMA's 2014 'Best Collaboration' Nominees

The big event that took place on Sunday night started off with Nicki Minaj performing her latest single "Anaconda" that did not feature a serpent; this is possible due to the reported fact that one of the backup dancers got bit by a boa constrictor, but was recovering.

R&B superstar Beyonce scored big this night with four awards, including Best Collaboration, Best Video With a Social Message, Best Cinematography and the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Her daughter, Blue Ivy, was also spotted dancing in the seats, which was something that everyone likely found to be adorable.
