With the massive popularity of the Divergent series and the upcoming release of the movie's sequel, it was about time that it began to get spoofed within pop culture. It seems like the first video though will also tie into the campaign to have kids eat better.

Character Made For Movie Could Mean 'Insurgent' Love Triangle

Funny or Die released their Divergent spoof, Snackpocalypse, through Entertainment Weekly on Wednesday. The short film starred If I Stay star Chloe Grace Moretz, Teen Wolf star Tyler Posey, and the First Lady Michelle Obama.

According to EW, "In Snackpocalypse, Moretz plays the heroine destined to stand out amongst the factions of Pizza Pals, Pop Rockers, Hufflepuffs, and more when her peers abandon healthy food for junk food.

"And because every reluctant heroine needs a push, Posey (and his alleged back tattoos) shows up to encourage Moretz on her journey to stop everyone from eating all the junk food and, you know, try an apple every now and again."

The short film tries to convey the eating healthy message but also spoofs the Divergent series which stars Shailene Woodley and Theo James in the roles mimicked by Moretz and Posey.

With the next movie, Insurgent, making its way to theaters next March, the popularity for the Divergent series is at an all-time high and could be growing with the possibility of a spin-off series taking place after the final two movies come out.

Robert Schwentke is directing the movie from a script by Brain Duffield and Akiva Goldsman, who return from the first movie. Woodley and James return as Tris and Four with the rest of the cast including Jai Courtney, Miles Teller, Ansel Elgort, Winslet, Zoe Kravitz, Naomi Watts, Ray Stevenson, Octavia Spencer and Maggie Q.

Insurgent opens in theaters on March 20, 2015.
