At least that's what actor Daniel Dae Kim and showrunner Peter Lenkov have hinted, although Chin's sudden promotion to Captain at the Honolulu Police Department could merely be one of Five-0's clever covers.

Last week, Lenkov posted a photo of a nameplate that read "Capt. Kelly," and now that the cast is busy shooting the 100 th episode, Kim has also uploaded a cryptic photo of his own.

"What the ??? #H50 #100thEpisode #teaser," Kim captioned a snap of Chin's new business card, which bears his new title and HPD address (see photo above).

It looks like viewers will have to tune in for the milestone episode in order to find out what the taskforce is really up too. Enigmatically titled "If, Perhaps," the episode will air as the seventh of season 5 on Oct. 7 at 9 p.m. ET, according to ET. After four years of battling Wo Fat, McGarrett will finally get some answers when Hawaii Five-0 airs the centenary installment.
