Current Dancing With the Stars contestant Alfonso Ribeiro went back to his roots during Monday night's episode, performing his legendary dance move "The Carlton."

One of Ribeiro's most famous scenes from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air featured his character Carlton dancing this signature move. He decided to bust it out again on Monday during his Jazz performance with Witney Carson.

Dancing to It's Not Unusual by Tom Jones, the song playing during Carlton's dance on the series, Ribeiro charmed the judges and the viewing audience alike.

'Dancing With the Stars' Fans Not Impressed With Julianne Hough?

The dance earned rave reviews from the judges, with Julianne Hough saying that "People will remember Alfonso," and Carrie Ann Inaba emphatically saying, "Finally!"

All three judges gave him a perfect 10 out of 10 and America gave him a 10 as well, the public's only 10 of the evening. This put him at the top of the leaderboard for the night. He was later announced to be safe and moving on to next week's performance show.

Fashion designer Betsey Johnson was not so lucky Monday night as she was sent home by America. Alongside her partner Tony Dovolani, Johnson gradually improved during her four weeks on the show but it seems that she was not able to maintain a fan base solid enough to keep her going deeper into the competition.

As it stands now, there are nine celebrities still competing for the Season 19 Mirrorball Trophy.

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
