Talk about awkward, but I guess this is just show business. Either way, Jennifer Lawrence probably isn't too psyched to have to do a love scene with this particular actor.

Is Evan Peters Going To Lead An X-Men Team For A New TV Show?

While it has been heavily rumored that Lawrence's role would be prominent in X-Men: Apocalypse, it seems like that will include some romance with her ex-boyfriend, Nicholas Hoult, who plays Beast in the film and is the love interest of Lawrence's Mystique.

Mirror reported on Friday that the former couple would be set to do a love scene in the movie, even though they broke up earlier this year. Since then, Lawrence has had a rumored relationship with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

The site added that the couple reportedly broke up in August, citing scheduling conflicts as the reason for the split. But now, it seems like their schedules are very well aligned.

Writer Simon Kinberg said recently that Mystique, who Lawrence has been playing for the last two movies, would be a key character in the film after Michael Fassbender's Magneto and James McAvoy's Professor X were the characters most heavily focused on in the last two films. It also would be closure for the story that began in First Class between the four characters, Beast included.

Apocalypse is set to bring back most of the characters from the previous two films, including Evan Peters' Quicksilver to fight the villain of the same name as the title. Bryan Singer is returning to direct the film also.

X-Men: Apocalypse is set to open in theaters on May 27, 2016.
