A new report reveals that Diane (Christine Baranski) will be looking to move Florrick/Agos/Lockhart to the office space of Lockhart/Gardner/Canning, which will put her former partners Louis Canning (Michael J. Fox) and David Lee (Zach Grenier) on the war path.

TVLine gave away this juicy spoiler for an upcoming episode of the series, which is set to air on October 26. The online publication sourced this information from the official logline for the episode: "Diane sets her sights on moving Florrick Agos Lockhart into the Lockhart Gardner Canning office space, leading to a battle with her former partners David Lee and Louis Canning."

The preview of the next episode, entitled Shiny Objects, was also recently revealed and it focusses on a showdown between Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Elsbeth Tascioni (Carrie Preston).

New Character To Take Diane's Place At Lockhart-Gardner In Season 6 Of The Good Wife?

Elsbeth is seen pulling her quirky neurotic shtick in court, when she suddenly hears penguins squawking, after seeing them on a brochure which is provided as evidence.

This episode will mark Preston's return on the show, which was confirmed earlier this year. In an interview dated August 17 Preston spoke about her recurring part in season 6 of the show.

She had no knowledge of how much of her fans would get to see in the next season, but was guessing it would be about the same as in the last.

"I wish it was up to me," she said. "I think it's probably going to be around the same as what I've usually been doing, but I don't know."

The next episode will air The Good Wife will air on Oct. 19 on CBS.
