Bartender Cathleen Lewter has been an instrumental part in the DUI manslaughter trial. She revealed how much alcohol she served the polo star before he got behind the wheel of a car and was involved in a crash that left Scott Wilson dead in 2012.

Lewter revealed to the prosecutor and court that Goodman first said when he got into the bar, "Order ten shots of tequila."

The Florida polo star & millionaire ended up ordering 18 drinks before closing out his tab at 1 a.m. Still, she added that she did not know how many of those Goodman actually drank. At one point before her testimony Lewter wanted to to execute her Fifth Amendment right in her testimony.

She also backtracked and said that she gave incorrect information in a deposition that took place beforehand as she was afraid. The prosecution team went on to ask her if she was ever paid illegally or if she was provided with the proper tax documents to report her income.

The Palm Beach Post reported the news early Thursday morning and said that she showed up to court Wednesday and revealed her plan to plead the fifth in order to prevent self-incrimination.

Lewter intended to not share how much alcohol she gave to Goodman before he left the establishment.
