It is no secret that Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian likes the finer things in life, but now an email has revealed just how crazy her demands are when she decides to be the face of a brand.

Radar Online obtained details of her negotiations Monday via an email between one of Kardashian's reps and a company who was looking for the reality cast member to advertise their product line.

For starters, her base that she wants to get paid can rage from $750,000 to $1 million.

In the email the representative advised the company, "I think you should definitely come back with the best offer that you can make her from a money standpoint, so that we can save the time going back and forth."

But the money she wants to receive from just agreeing to represent the brand is just the beginning. When it comes to making appearances, Kardashian reportedly demands "5 first class tickets, plus 1 coach, first class hotel accommodations (1 suite for talent and standard rooms for others in party), portal to portal first class exclusive ground transportation, airport greeter service, security, glam fee (day rate for her hair and makeup squad), and a per diem."

They went on to add that they have to evaluate all pictures of Kardashian that will be used for promotional services before they can be advertised.

But the rep encouraged the company not to lose hope and offered up a second option, Kendall Jenner. She costs $500,000 to $1 million.
