His wife may still be sticking by his side despite allegations her cheated while she was pregnant, but Hank Baskett may still be trying to prove his innocence by threatening to sue the transsexual model he allegedly hooked up with.

According to TMZ, Baskett has sent his lawyer to the FBI, claiming Ava Sabrina London's recordings of him where he begs her not to talk about their affair to the press were made illegally, and he could be seeking to press charges against her for it. He also claims she tried to extort him for $5,000 in exchange for her silence.

Baskett also alleges that nothing actually happened between himself and London while wife Kendra Wilkinson was eight months pregnant, and is claiming he met her and a friend in a grocery store and went to their place to smoke weed, but  became uncomfortable and chose to leave after London undressed and allegedly exposed herself to him.

The news that he is seeking to press charges against London come after he and Wilkinson appeared to be putting on a united front in public, despite several rumors they could still be headed for a divorce still swirling around them.

The couple was first spotted together October 25 as they strolled along a Malibu beach together after spending the day there with their son, Hank Jr. While they weren't openly affectionate with each other, they did appear to be in good spirits.

Just one day later, they were spotted together again attending their son's soccer match, with Baskett sporting attire which matched his son's. Again, the couple wasn't affectionate, but still seemed to be trying to work things out in the wake of the scandal that has plagued them since June.

The drama the couple has faced since London went public with the affair has all been chronicled on the latest season of their reality show, Kendra on Top, which premiered Oct. 3.
