With the major changes that happened in Season 5, it seems like things are going back to normal in Season 6 for Sterling Archer in the gang as the first trailer shows everyone answering the call to return to work.

An 'Archer' Crossover In 'Bob's Burgers?'

FX released the first trailer for Archer Season 6 on Monday and while it doesn't show that much from the season, it does show that the series is making a return to the spy game after a season on vice.

The creator and producers have teased a lot of fun episodes on the way for this season, including a hilarious wedding that includes Fargo's Alison Tolman playing Pam's sister. There will also be the return of Christian Slater as the appropriately named Slater for more episodes.

'Archer' Season 6 To Mark The Return Of A Famous Guest Star

The big news that swirled around the show though was the change of name from ISIS after recent terrorist activities made the show rename their spy organization. Creator Adam Reed has already said that they will stick with the CIA handle as the organization is taking over what we used to know as ISIS for this season.

The latest season brings back the gang as the look to re-define their spy organization after the season long dip away from the whole style of work. The show has H. Jon Benjamin, Aisha Tyler, Chris Parnell and Judy Greer returning in their roles.

Archer Season 6 is expected to be released starting in January. Four of the previous seasons are now available for viewing on Netflix.
