On the next episode of Degrassi, things are going to take a pretty unexpected turn when Miles' dad confronts his son about the article that showed him to be homophobic.

Last Wednesday, MTV posted a sneak peek that starts off with Miles sitting in the living room with his family when he notices the newspaper that puts his father in a bad light. Considering that his dad is part of a political campaign, this kind of publicity could put him in a dangerous situation, but Miles doesn't care because he definitely does not feel like his father approves of him.

When his dad comes in to have a word with him, one might expect to see a nasty bicker. But as it turns out, Miles is just being offered a trip to go play golf with his dad. Not only that, but he tells his son that he approves of him no matter what he is.

While things might go well in his home life, Miles's relationship with Tristan is going to be on thin ice when he finds out that their relationship was posted in the newspaper. Tristan is angry, leaving some speculation if the two will be able to work through this or not based on the clip posted below.

Maya tries to help Miles out, but it looks like he'll be turning his burden over to someone else. Perhaps, it could be his family based on their approval of him dating a male.
