The next episode of FX's Sons of Anarchy is set to feature a song that fits well with the tragedy of Jax (Charlie Hunnam) and Tara (Maggie Siff) being torn apart.

'Sons of Anarchy' Actor Mark Boone Junior Talks Why The Show's Fans Are 'Maniacs' & 'Unbelievable'

Sons of Anarchy's in-house band the Forest Rangers performs another classic cover in Tuesday night's episode. Amos Lee and the Forest Rangers' cover of Bob Dylan's Boots of Spanish Leather is featured in the next episode but it can be heard before the episode at Rolling Stone.

SOA music supervisor Bob Thiele previewed where this song is featured in the episode. As usual it will be placed in a montage.

Jax Finally Learning The 'Ugly Truth' About Gemma's Actions?

"There's a pervading melancholy coursing through this montage," Thiele told Rolling Stone. "We're heading towards something that is more likely the end than the beginning."

The cover is a searing ballad dedicated to Jax and Tara's tragic love story.

"Jax's pain is palpable. Tara is gone. Forever. And Amos' beautiful voice tells the sad tale of lovers who will never meet again," Thiele explained. "Greg Leisz's pedal steel guitar helps tell this story. And Forest Rangers Phil Shenale, Davey Faragher and Matt Chamberlain supply a stoic restraint that helps create this world of sorrow. Having Amos Lee convey this emotion is yet one more musical highlight for the Forest Rangers."

With this plot line being brought up, it seems likely that Gemma's (Katey Sagal) secret that she was the one who killed Tara will be revealed soon. What Jax does with this information, however, remains to be seen.

Sons of Anarchy airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX.
