LuAnn de Lesseps shared a photo of the entire cast getting ready to head back home from Atlantic City after celebrating Ramona Singer's birthday. In the photo, Frankel is joined by Kristen Taekman, Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer, and Lesseps in the back of a limo.

While it's uncertain of exactly what happened during the trip, there's a good chance that all of the drama was documented for the next season of the hit Bravo show.

Meanwhile, it looks as though some major drama went down during her recent birthday party a swell.

E! Online reported on Saturday that at Frankel's 44th birthday party recently, there was "major" drama going on between her and the rest of the Real Housewives of New York cast, which includes Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan and LuAnn de Lesseps.

A source said, "Everyone arrived by 9 p.m. The cast was ushered into a private room for filming. Producers had the room guarded off while, downstairs, everyone was buzzing there must be major drama going on."

The next season of the Real Housewives of New York airs next Spring.
