Amidst the cancellation of Bad Judge, Kate Walsh doesn't appear to be doing too well.

Mail Online posted photos last Sunday of Walsh in Los Angeles, but it's what she was wearing that may be a surprise. She dawned sloppy sweatpants and a holey t-shirt. Kate didn't hesitate to give the paparazzi a silly face as she was seen leaving the store.

According to the site, Bad Judge was cancelled in October after just five weeks due to dismal ratings. They also reported that the show suffered from bad press as well, and was even protested by the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.

Reportedly, the organization described Walsh's Bad Judge character as "unethical, lazy, cruse, hyper-sexualized and unfit to hold such an esteemed position of power."

Walsh is typically stylish and fashionable, but according to Mail Online her shades were hiding a makeup-free face when she grabbed a water and coffee after a workout.

After the photo incident, she took things to Twitter. Last Thursday, Thanksgiving, she tweeted: "Yeah, this would be the one time I encourage everyone to watch football Thursday night: #Thanksgiving No @NBCBadJudge this week."

According to Mail Online, viewers will be seeing more of her as a guest star on FX's dark comedy Fargo as her character Gina Hess in the second season in July.
