Actor Freddie Prinze Jr. revealed that he underwent spinal surgery on Nov. 20 to fix complications with his discs and says he’s recovering well despite false reports.

“Guys Im totally fine. Recovering great. No need to get ur info from entertainment 'news' sources who have no clue. Trust your homie,” he tweeted on Nov. 29. “Lets say i had some disc issues that have been resolved. 'Nuff said friends.”

The Star Wars Rebels star has been updating fans on his condition by posting photos on Twitter with captions detailing his recovery process.

“#KeepItPlayful Learnin to walk again is like learning jiu-jitsu - 1 technique at a time,” he tweeted on Nov. 27 along with a photo of himself in a neck brace.

One day later, Sarah Michelle Gellar’s husband proudly let fans know he complete three miles along with another photo of himself holding up a peace sign.

The 38-year-old then shared a photo of himself balancing on one leg showing just how quickly he's getting better.
