The well-known scribe has a habit of making cameos in many Marvel films, and Lee will crop up in the fourth episode of ABC's newest Marvel venture.

Lee made the announcement while at a Marvel Q&A during the first week of December.

"Oh, by the way, I do have a cameo in a new show, a TV show coming out called Agent Carter," Lee said, according to Comic Book. "Watch for the fourth one. I think my cameo is in the fourth episode. They ought to be ashamed of themselves that they didn't give me three others before that but what the hell. It's kind of a good cameo."

Agent Carter will premiere on Jan. 6 with a special two-hour premiere. The Hayley Atwell-fronted series will air eight episodes during Agents of SHIELD's midseason break.

Set in the wake of WWII but before the founding of SHIELD, Agent Carter will follow the story of Peggy Carter as she struggles to find a place for her talents at the male-dominated Strategic Scientific Reserve. Luckily for Carter, someone will nick many of Howard Stark's more dangerous projects, and it will be up to Carter and Jarvis to track them down.
