E News reported on Sunday that she is not dating the pop singer. This comes after a long string of are-they-or-aren't-they questions from fans, and even moreso from Selena Gomez lovers.

Baldwin hangs with some of Hollywood's hottest stars, but that hasn't mattered amidst the Bieber rumors. Several websites have been reporting that the newly blonde buds are secretly dating so Baldwin's clearing up of these romance rumors is a big deal.

Has Justin Bieber Moved On From Selena Gomez?

Bieber and Baldwin have spent a lot of time together lately which is what has caused people to wonder if they took their friendship to the next level--the countless social media posts helped too.

Last week, the pair was spotted having lunch at Spago in Beverly Hills and sitting courtside at a Los Angeles Clippers game. They were also photographed shopping at Target in LA before spending over an hour playing arcade games at Family Amusement Corporation.

The model told E News: "I've known him since I was so young--since I was like 13--and we've just been good friends over the years. We have just stayed close and there's nothing more to it than that."

Baldwin didn't comment on Bieber's new platinum hair color, but her father, Stephen Baldwin, did chime in with a comment on Baldwin's career:

"The cool thing is Hailey has mostly generated all of her own momentum."

There's nothing like a proud dad.
