Shelby Woods Is Happy To Move On From Ryan Edwards?

Weeks after the Teen Mom couple parted ways, Edwards spoke out on Instagram, sharing a quote from Earl Grollman about grief.

"Grief is not a disorder, a disease or sign of weakness. It is an emotional, physical and spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love," the Grollman quote read. "The only cure for grief is to grieve."

Ryan Edwards Tells Shelby Woods 'I Love You' After Breakup

Edwards and Woods' relationship has been a bit rocky from the start. Just months after their relationship began, the two engaged in a Twitter feud with one another, during which it was alleged Edwards had cheated. When Woods addressed the issue publicly, Edwards joked that he had cheated around 20 times. Despite their clear issues, the pair reconciled weeks later.

In October, Edwards and Woods' tweets once again seemed to hint of a breakup, although neither party came right out and said it. Then, earlier this month, Woods appeared to confirm the split, telling her Twitter followers, "I don't have to deal with bulls**t anymore. Hoooooray!!" Edwards then posted a meme on Instagram, which spoke of "ungrateful" women, although he didn't reveal who his message was meant for.

Ryan Edwards and the Teen Mom cast, aside from Farrah Abraham, will return to MTV in the show's fifth season next year. He was last seen in the MTV special, Being Dad.
