Hannibal is taking over Florence.

'Hannibal' Inspector Pazzi Cast, See Fortunato Cerlino With Mads Mikkelsen, Laurence Fishburne

The NBC psychological thriller will spend the first half of season 3 oversees, and the series will be filming in Florence through out December.

"Ciao from Florence!" tweeted Hannibal on Monday. "Can someone tell us how to say 'Eat the rude' in Italian?"

It is currently unknown which actors are on set, but recent sittings indicate that Hugh Dancy (Will) and Gillian Anderson (Bedelia) are both busy filming (see photos above).

It is believed production will stop inside Caffè Gilli, outside the Uffizi Museum, on or in front the Ponte S. Trinita, in front of or inside Palazzo Medici Riccardi, and inside Santa Maria Novella train station, according to Hannibalism.

Series creator Bryan Fuller has yet to post any updates from Italy, but he did speak about the trip abroad earlier this fall.

"We're actually going to be going to Italy for exteriors," Fuller explained to Zap2It. "We're going to be shooting in December in Florence...When you see those exteriors intercut with the interiors, the audience's mind will just make the connection."
