The rumors have been confirmed: Rumer Willis and "Hard Times of RJ Berger" star Jayson Blair are dating.

On Aug. 13, the couple was photographed holding hands while taking a stroll through Hollywood, reported US Weekly. Willis and Blair were also seen quickly pecking before going inside an LA cafe, according to People magazine

"He's definitely cute," an US Weekly source confirmed.

According to one of People magazine's sources, the duo met "over cocktails through mutual friends," and have been secretly dating since early June.

Speculation over whether the two were dating came after Willis, 23, and Blair, 28, were seen flirting and displaying affectionate behavior at West Hollywood's Bagatelle restaurant.

"From the second she sat down, he had his arm around her shoulder and they were laughing, flirting and seemed very into each other," an observer told People magazine.

Blair is set to appear in the NBC original comedy series "The New Normal," a story about a woman (Georgia King) who becomes a surrogate mother so a gay couple (Justine Bartha and Andrew Rannells) can begin their family. The sitcom also features Ellen Barkin, NeNe Leakes and Bebe Wood, and the creator is "Glee's" own Ryan Murphy. "The New Normal" premiers Sept. 11 at 9:30 p.m. EST.

Rumer, eldest daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, is an actress in her own right. She made her debut in the 1995 film "Now and Then," and has since appeared on The CW's "90210" and ABC Family's "The Secret Life of the American Teenager."

Willis turns 24 years old on Thursday, Aug. 16. She recently tweeted, "Can't wait to spend time with my family."
