Actress Jenna Dewan-Tatum revealed the secret to how she keeps her body so fit after giving birth a year and a half ago.

On Wednesday, People posted an interview with the Witches of East End star who pointed out that she's been doing some hard-core exercising, which has apparently been working out pretty nicely for her.

"I work out with Jen Johnson, this trainer that I've worked out with forever who does a dance-based training," Dewan-Tatum said when she attended the Hollywood Reporter's Women in Entertainment Breakfast.

"It's awesome," she added. "It's so hard. Everyone I brought to it says it's the hardest workout they've ever done."

A fitness instructor may not have been necessary though since the actress gets a big workout just by having a one-year-old child.

"When I can, I do that," Dewan-Tatum said on spending time with her coach. "When I can't, I'm literally running around chasing Everly and that is my workout. When you have [a daughter] who wants to do nothing but run and dance...you are just running after her making sure she is not hitting her head on everything."

The actress then joked about how she doesn't understand when moms can leave their homes with a face full of makeup as well as keeping their products in one spot.

"I'm like, 'How does that happen?' Everly will actually take it from me and go put it somewhere else," she said. "I'm like, 'Okay, I need that makeup back.' It's a whole big circus in our household."
