In their first activity as a band since their 2009 album "Lines, Vines and Trying Times," the Jonas Brothers will reunite for a one-night-only concert this October at Radio City Music Hall.

The brothers will take the stage Oct. 11, but for now it's the only performance on the horizon for the boy band.

"The announcement is exciting, but at the same time, it's the only known concert right now in the U.S. for the Jonas Brothers this year," Kevin Jonas told E! News. "We're trying to make it a big coming-home blowout."

Even though the October concert is the only show on the brothers' schedule, they are working together for a full comeback. The band has been in the studio working on new music, which they hope to release before the end of 2012.

"We are in the studio and we're doing a lot of work right now just hoping for the best," Kevin said. "The music is a change. It's growing. It's constantly changing and it's kind of surprising how much we're taking the journey of it all. I'm kind of excited."

The oldest brother was out promoting his new E! reality show, "Married to Jonas." The show chronicles Kevin's married life with new wife Danielle Jonas.

According to Billboard, the show reveals a new side of the squeaky clean family: Kevin making sex jokes, Nick and Kevin butting heads in the studio, and the brothers' mom getting real with Kevin's wife.

Fans can also expect a sneak peek at the band's new music from the show. In one episode, the brothers are in the studio working on a new song called "Meet You In Paris."
