They both stare into the camera with content looks as Selter wears a white top and lets her hair flow down her shoulders. She rests on the man next to her who's shirtless and in pretty good shape- something that Selter would probably find attractive since being in shape is something she's famous for.

In the caption, Selter didn't write anything except for a smiley face. The guy could be a friend or family member, but the fact that he has a lack of clothing and Selter is leaning on him sparks curiosity that their connection is more intimate than that.
