News anchor Anderson Cooper and his boyfriend Ben Maisani both stepped out of their New York apartment on Tuesday, Aug. 21. The sighting puts rumors to rest if the couple split up after photos surfaced of the 39-year-old kissing another man.

The New York Daily News ran pictures of the pair leaving their New York City townhouse separately several hours after a video surfaced of the couple on a yacht together while on vacation in Croatia.

Cooper, 45, stepped out in a baseball cap, T-shirt and jeans, and an hour later Maisani, the owner of a gay bar in New York City, left their home, hopped on a bike and rode away.

Radar Online posted a video and pictures on Aug. 21 of Cooper's reconciliation with Maisani, less than two weeks after Daily Mail posted the exclusive images of the CNN anchor's longterm boyfriend kissing another man in a New York park. The footage was later taken down that same day, though some viewers did get a glimpse of it beforehand.

A local reporter told Radar Online exclusively that the video was recorded on Aug.18. The footage was a shock to Cooper's fans because it was reported that he was on vacation to get over the cheating scandal.

The video showed Cooper preparing to board a yacht with Maisani. The pair was joined on a walk to the boat with their friend, Bravo television host Andy Cohen, and a mystery blonde that looks like daytime talk show host Kelly Ripa.

Several reports are now indicating that Cooper and Maisani are in an open relationship.

Daily Mail posted exclusive images of Maisani kissing and holding hands with another man on Sunday, Aug. 12.

On Wednesday, Aug. 15, Cooper tweeted a self-photograph of himself with Ripa in Croatia. Reports indicated that Ripa was by his side to console the news anchor days after the photos surfaced of Maisani cheating. Life & Style reported that Cooper and Maisani were already on vacation in Croatia when the photos surfaced.

Maisani, 39, lives with Cooper in his converted fire station townhouse. The couple has been spotted out together as far back as 2008 and The National Enquirer reported that the couple was encouraged to marry by Anderson's mother, fashion designer Gloria Vanderbilt.

Cooper's daytime talk show, "Anderson Live," premieres on Sept. 10. He tweeted a photo of himself on set on Tuesday, Aug. 21.
