The site further revealed, Boyd is only the second country artist to achieve this feat. Garth Brooks' More Than a Memory from 2007 also debuted at no. 1.

This is certainly a great way for the singer to celebrate his birthday and many on Twitter are congratulating him, including the official Jim Beam Twitter.

"Tonight we raise a glass to you," the account tweeted to the country crooner.

The Voice's official Twitter also congratulated the singer by making a bit of a pun out of the title of his history-making single.

One fan, Lori Maca, tweeted a mighty proud "YeeHaw" to show her support and pride for Boyd.

Boyd revealed to a fan that asked how he was feeling about the news that he's overwhelmed. He then thanked his fans for allowing him to make history.
