Reality star Kristin Cavallari is continuing to work hard to keep her body in shape based on a new workout photo she posted on Instagram.

The picture that was posted on Sunday shows Cavallari in a back shot where she dons a tight grey top with black pants. She has her hair wrapped around her head as she pulls on some weights that give her a good back workout. She's in a squat position with her legs spread as some muscular activity can be seen in her torso.

The Hills star mentioned that there are some good exercise tips available through an app.

"Workout and diet tips are up on my app for the new year," she wrote in the caption. "I had my trainer @msorrentino25 and owner of @chicagosportsinstitute put together a great list for u guys. Search Kristin Cavallari in the App Store."

When it comes to exercise, Cavallari knows what she's talking about since she gave birth to two babies and does what she can to keep herself fit. In an interview with Access Hollywood, she said that it's always important to take proper approach when consuming certain types of food.

"I don't put any toxic chemicals in my body," the 27-year-old said. "I'm a freak about reading the ingredients. I don't count calories, I just read what's in whatever I'm going to be putting in my mouth."
