He has managed to remain clean and sober for months now, despite dealing with several large crises, but a fight between the women he has allowed into his life could push Brady (Eric Martsolf) over the edge on Days of Our Lives.

Melanie and Brady Share An Unexpected New Year's Kiss

Ever since learning that Melanie (Molly Burnett) was Brady's best friend, Theresa (Jen Lilley) has been trying to make her enemy fall from grace. Not only did she try and keep Melanie from getting her nursing job back at the hospital, but she has fought with her every chance she gets-something Melanie has easily gone along with, as she is fiercely protective of the people in her life.

However, Brady will be forced to intercept yet another battle between the two as they risk losing their jobs by fighting at the hospital once again-and he could react in an unexpected manner to their non-stop arguing and bickering. Though their drama isn't likely to cause him to go off on a tail-spin and lose control of his sobriety again, he could tell the two that he will stop protecting them from being fired for inappropriate behavior at the hospital-meaning they will have to start learning to get along.

Brady and Melanie Grow Closer

His demands that they start getting along could shock the two-especially Theresa (Jen Lilley), who is aware that Brady wants nothing to do with her ever again, after he learned that she was the one who was responsible for his father's coma, and then potentially tricked him into believing she was pregnant with his child (something she actually didn't do).

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
