Charlie Sheen is at it again, but this time with a new target - Kim Kardashian.

On Tuesday, the actor unleashed his anger on the reality star for reportedly refusing to sign an autograph for a 6-year-old fan. Sheen claims he heard the story from actor C. Thomas Howell, who said Kardashian completely blew the young girl off.

"New flash - you suck! You are lucky that ANYONE cares about your gross and giggly [sic] bag of funk you dare call an a**," Sheen said in the now deleted tweet. "Your public loves u. Give something back or go f yourself."

He added, "My apologies to your hubby, great guy I'm sure, I hope his vision returns one day."

A source, however, told TMZ that Sheen's story is completely false and that the reality star will "never say no to autographs, especially kids."

This isn't the first big star Sheen has come after. In May, the 40-year-old wrote a lengthy tweet about his frustration with Rihanna after she reportedly declined to meet him and his fiancée at the time when they all happened to be at the Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica.

While the former Two and a Half Men star said he didn't care to meet Rihanna, his ex-fiancée, Brett Rossi, was "not ok with it." Sheen then implied that Rihanna's behavior will lead to a fall in her fame and career.

"See ya on the way down, (we always do) and actually, it was a pleasure NOT meeting you," he added. "I'm guessing you needed those precious 84 seconds to situate that bad wig before you left the restaurant."

Sheen has also lashed out on Ashton Kutcher several times after the actor replaced him on Two and a Half Men.

In January, for example, he tweeted: "Hey Ashton sorry bro all good. now quit barfing on my old brilliant show. Remember Punk'd? how duz it feel?"
