Social media superstar Jen Selter is continuing with her hard efforts to stay in shape in a new photo that flaunts her famous techniques.

In a new Instagram photo that was posted on Monday, Selter wears a small black top that shows off her cleavage and rock-hard abs. She pulls onto a weight with her right hand as she spreads her feet about shoulder-width apart. As she gathers her strength, she wears tight red sweatpants with a white design that makes her outfit look more dazzling to the eye.

She captioned the picture, "The only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday..... #MotivationMonday #YouCanDoIt."

There's a good chance that Selter could become an even bigger sensation in 2015 than she was in 2014 considering that she's gained more than five million followers on Instagram. She's already started off the year with shots of her petite yet muscular figure that turned her into the sensation she is today.

On New Year's Eve, the sexy model took to her page to post a workout photo where she thanked her fans for all the support they've given her in the past year.

"For me, 2014 was filled with both challenges and amazing experiences," Selter wrote in the caption. "It has been a wild and unexpected ride that turned out to be one of the best years of my life. And it's all thanks to you!"
