The two are reportedly planning on keeping the ceremony small and intimate as they will say their vows in front of only 25 friends and family.

The couple apparently fell in love in Rome after they spent time together at the Venice Film Festival last August. The couple was seen last May supposedly picking out a ring in New York City's Diamond District.

Stone is having her own success on Broadway when she debuted as the Kit Kat Club Singer Sally Bowles in Cabaret. She took over the role on November 11 and will end February 1, 2015.
