The witches are getting out of hand on The Originals this season.

Esther's Fate Decided On 'The Originals'

On Wednesday Atlanta Business Chronicle announced a casting call to bring in more extras for The Originals. The CW's The Vampire Diaries spin-off is looking for young people in Conyers, Ga., ages 18 to 25, to play teenagers.

According to the casting call, these "teens" will fall victim to a witch or witches. In the trailer released on Dec. 9 (featured below), Klaus (Joseph Morgan) insisted that they had a "witch problem" that they needed to "fix." Is this carnage the product of out of control witches in New Orleans? Or just the result of one powerful enemy?

Fatherhood Might Be Making Klaus More Violent On 'The Originals'

These victims could mark the return of Dahlia, Esther's (Sonja Sohn) sister who might just come to claim Klaus and Hayley's (Phoebe Tonkin) daughter, Hope (Alexandria Collins), as part of a century long pact to take the first-born Mikaelson of each generation.

The casting call is also looking for young men between 18 and 25 to film a scene on Jan. 21 in Portedale, Ga. One of the roles has the possibility of expansion, though it's uncertain if this new character will be witch, werewolf, vampire, or human.

If nothing else, the series has shown that it isn't afraid to indulge in a little carnage and chaos and with rising stakes this season things are sure to get out of hand.

The Originals returns on The CW for the remainder of its second season Monday, Jan. 19 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
