It looks like the big twist involving Coach Beiste (Dot-Marie Jones) will go down in episode 3 of the current final season of Fox's Glee.

Fox has released a new sneak peek of the next episode of Glee, which is titled Jagged Little Tapestry. In the sneak peek video (featured below), Jones previews that there is a big moment ahead for Coach Beiste and her new assistant coach, Sam (Chord Overstreet).

"Episode 3, I really think is gonna shock some people," Jones teases. "Chord is now my new football assistant. I am going through some personal things, so I'm trusting in him to take over football and run things for me, and trying to figure out how to tell him what I'm going through."

This is likely referring to the much buzzed about rumor that Coach Beiste will come out as transgender and go about the process of becoming a man. This was first rumored in December after an Instagram user named briaen posted a photo of herself on the Glee set with Jones, whose hair was cut much shorter than it usually is and was wearing traditional men's clothing.

It was reported by E! Online that the arc is "very emotional" with sources are saying that it will be handled "delicately and respectfully." While they did not say that this was in regard to Coach Beiste, fans and media outlets connected the dots that it was about this storyline.

Glee airs Fridays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
