On Tuesday, Carlos Bakery addded a new location to their lsit with a "coming soon" banner over it.

The website reported that the 10th location will be at 21st and Walnut St, giving curiosity on how this might turn up.

According to Philly, the bakery is set to open sometime in March of this year, but are not on any particular timeline. 

"We believe in taking our time," said Valastro.

The now-bakery used to be home to a tanning salon and it will reportedly put Carlo's Bakery in five total states.

According to Valastro, one of the biggest challenges of opening a new bakery is handling growing pains.

"We have a large menu. I might have to shave the menu for quality control," he said.

The first Carlo's Bake Shop was in Hoboken, New Jersey. The family also has bakeries in Marlton, Morristown, Red Bank, Ridgewood and Westfield.Valastro also has shops in Times Square and at the Venetian in Vegas.

In addition to the new Philadelphia and Connecticut locations, a partnership with Norgegian Cruise Line is brewing.

While working through these growing pains, Valastro and his family are about to start taping a new season of Cake Boss.
