Fans are feeling let down by the Cake Boss star and owner after he pleaded guilty of drunk driving on Monday. 

Buddy Valastro Pleads Guilty To Driving Drunk

According to TV Ruckus, the fury that was unleashed after Buddy Valastros' arrest and plea indicated that fans are angry about his original protests that he hadn't consumed a lot of liquor as he failed sobriety tests. He had a blood-alcohol level of .9 which is just above the legal limit in New York.

They felt let down by a guy that believed projected an image of a "good family ma" who got behind the wheel of a car and could have seriously injured himself and others.

TV Ruckus says that some fans have called him a "philandering husband" and a "really bad guy."

When Valastros was stopped by the police he was driving his yellow 2014 Corvette and was weaving in and out of traffic.

NY Daily News said that Valastros also tried to identify himself to the arresting officers as the Cake Boss in hopes that he wouldn't be arrested.

TV Ruckus said people are coming out of the woodwork to vilify him for what they think is deceit anout his whereabouts that night. They reported that TLC refused to comment, other than to say that it was a personal family matter for the Valastros.
